Action for annulment brought by the applicant for the word mark ‘STRATEGI’ for services in Class 35 against the decision of the Second Board of Appeal of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) of 18 December 2008 in Case R 1581/2007-2 annulling the Opposition Division’s decision, which rejected the opposition brought by the proprietor of the national word mark ‘Stratégies’ in respect of goods and services in Classes 9, 16, 28, 35, 41 and 42.
